Great customer service here. Especially I would like to commend two employees who go above and beyond to be of help to the customers: Richard (Ricky) and Fernando Contreras. Good job Home Depot in West Hills, California where you always find the products you need.

I had such a wonderful experience at this store. Bob and Mario worked so well as a team and they helped me find everything I needed and were so patient and friendly. I will be be back soon!

Wonderful experience at this Home Depot in West Hills, CA. The store was clean and well-stocked. The needed products were easily found. I especially want to commend an employee by the name of Fernando Contreras. He is in the gardening section of this store. He is always helpful, friendly and goes above and beyond to help the customer. Great job Fernando!

I really like this store. I usually buy everything online but I still go to this Home Depot a couple times a week. Really good service. It's always easy for me to find an employee to help.

Must say, the neatest and the best Home Depot in California

Very clean, great selection over all. Maybe just have a few more floor lamps, and some selection of small or wall mounted fans? Most of all though...i keep running into this employee David Castillo in lumber. He is the reason I keep coming to this store....great employee. He has saved me a lot of time and headaches. On the note of lumber. Your stores lumber and concrete are is one of the cleanest I've seen. KEEP IT UP!

This location has good parking, generally is well stocked, and has friendly employees. Rita the manager is amazing.

If your a woman like me and need extremely help in a painting and glazing furniture Phily is the customer service person you need she will help you decide color and what need and give you great tips and on of it she will do her job with pleasure and friendlyness that we need to get our project done!

the quality of products and the store prices far exceeds your competitors in the area

I left my wallet at the cash/out register, and didn't realize it till later in evening when I went to use my Credit Card, and call store and they had it and put it in the Safe in Back Office......and everything was still intact, nothing missing.....honest people work there.

The store is very clean and majority of the items are in stock which is great! One associate in particular has made my experience awesome, her name is Carmen. She is a cashier! She is a great attribute to the company!

The staff and crew in Flooring are amazing, especially Nigel. I have never had someone so dedicated to assisting and insuring I was satisfied in any business I have been a customer at, he and the flooring crew I dealt with (including Bob and Maria..sorry I know there were more) are amazing. That and the fact the end pricing of my flooring, installed, beat every bid I received by well over a thousand dollars for comparable product.

Justin was a big help in hardware and he also helped me with three way bulbs in the lighting area. Nice young man.

Excellent management team. Jose Munoz, assistant manager, was super helpful, respectful, and professional. You know, it makes a difference when the management team is professional and helpful. All the employees are happy and do their job well. Morale is very important for people's good performance. When employees are treated well and appreciated, they try their best to do a good job. When customers are #1 and acknowledged like very important people, they keep coming back. Kudos to the Home Depot in West Hills!
