I just made a purchase for a chest freezer with my family and the store employee who took my call and helped me from beginning to end with my purchase was the best!!! Because of her my whole experience was the best and can’t thank her enough!!! I wish I could remember her name but she was a blonde lady with glasses and helped me in the appliances section...

I prefer this Home Depot specifically to all other stores. Their customer service is always the best. Lillianne in the Kitchen/Home appliances area was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the product and made my large purchase very easy. I will definitely recommend friends to visit her for their kitchen design and home appliance needs.

There are quite a number of Home Depot stores in the area. But if you want great friendly service, stop by to this location. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Rita, Front Manager, is a gem. If you need assistance and are having a hard time resolving it, see her for a great experience.

The West Hills Home Depot has excellent associates who are very knowledgeable and helpful who make the shopping experience that much better.

This is a good store with friendly and helpful employees. The store is clean and I'm not concerned for my safety regarding COVID-19. The only issue I have is that they should have a call box by the power saw to help cut wood.

I go here because the people are great!! Larry in electric, Butch in plumbing, and Rita at the registers. These are just a few of the great people who work here. They are like family to me.

The self checkout is not the way to go because instead of just rescanning they go through each item and I left without three items I paid for due to being humiliated! I have no reason not to pay for my items and have no history of theft but was treated like a criminal. I take responsibility for believing the scanner was working . Just cancel and rescan!

I go to 3 or 4 home depots often, west hills store is the nicest, friendly employees , very nice cashiers, the only issue is sometimes they don't have the inventory other Home Depots have, but overall very satisfied.
