This is the only store location that we'd go to in the area.

Employee gave me wrong location of item. Item on shelf was blocked by many boxes that I had to move myself in order to get my product. While moving, I cut my finger, cashier did not seem to concerned when I asked for paper towel to stop bleeding. While walking out, item fell off cart. While struggling to get it back on and out the door, an employee standing 5 feet away watched me and did not offer to help in anyway.

The store was very empty. I had to walk around to find someone to cut me a key. Then I couldn't find anyone in the Gardening Dept. What happened to good customer service. The employees were very nice but there wasn't enough of them working.

Did a full remodel on our kitchen- very stressful time with lots of decisions to make. The staff at this store were friendly, helpful and went out of their way each and every visit to make our shopping experience great. Karen in the kitchen department is amazing, very experienced, and so helpful. Lisa the store manager was so helpful and friendly to us on so many occasions. The employees go out of their way to help you find items, see if its in stock ect...A plus to this store!

Worst store I have ever been to the cashiers were rude and unhelpful

I go to this store because I am comfortable there I have a idea where everything is at. The employees greet me and say what are you doing this time. Very helpful.

My husband and I are contractors, we have shopped many Home Depot stores, but none of them , anywhere, in any state can compare to the white marsh store. They live and breathe customer service. From Reggie in window and doors, to sue in paint, this store has the nicest, most knowledgeable associates, the pro desk cashiers are so friendly, Carol and Gwen are the best for checking out quickly and with a smile, maybe even a hug. Mike and Edgar at the pro desk have saved us so much time by pulling large orders for us, and time is money.we cannot say enough about how valuable they are to our business. The tool rental guys are very knowledgeable and friendly, they know their stuff, Jeff, John and Dave will always go out of their way to help. We appreciate them so much. This store is not the closest to us , but these associates make the trip worth it.

I frequent this Home Depot due to its location. I use Home Depot for all my projects. The materials are great and the value and prices are excellent.

I purchase a Sink Hot water heater as a gift for my daughter. We had one before but leaked. I asked a few different associates for assistance locating the item. One gentleman I found out later directed me to the correct section of the store. As I was choosing the item he came up to make sure I got the correct item. When I paid for item I asked the clerk to allow me to open the box to make sure all items we in box and instructions. She was polite, professional and seemed that time was of no issue as long as I completed the task. I had an excellent time purchasing the correct item and I will be back

This is by far my favorite Home Improvement store in my area. It is always neat and clean. I never have any difficulty finding items or associates.

Sue, Anna, India at the paint desk are very helpful. During the Holidays the area in front of the paint dept. is crowded. Generally the store is very neat and organized.

The staff is very outgoing when you are looking for something, very courteous.

The employees in the store are very friendly. Most of them know me by name. All of them say hello, which is very important to me.

The store was clean, but all of the associates were not helpful, they merely passed by and did not try to help me.

Throughout all my routine visits to this store, I think "Why do folks even bother to go to Lowe's?"

This is by far our favorite home improvement store. The store is clean and the associates friendly, accessible and knowledgeable. As a customer who is not very "bright" in the handyman area, we appreciate this store!

The service provided by Sue of the paint department to us on Saturday, October 8th could not have been better. Her efficiency, interest in our needs, and genuinely nice personality really made our day!
