The whole store and staff are extremely helpful and friendly

If I could give this store a negative score, I would. These people are not friendly and do not care about the consumer

I was given a damaged freezer from this location twice. The first time I called and the manager offered to give me another freezer. Drove back for the second time, they give me another freezer. Got home,before I could get the freezer from my car, the foam fell off the bottom. When I looked, I saw sealant at the bottom of the freezer. Called the store and asked for a manager, they hanged up on my three time. After dealing with this situation, I will never step foot at this store!!!!

Tim was extremely helpful and has great customer service skills.

All the people down there by that prodesk awesome people it seems. Probably the best Home Depot in the dang state. And there's also a cart guy who is awesome also. I don't know his name exactly but he's an awesome guy to he's always seeing how I'm doing and always willing to give me a hand when I need it even when I don't need it he asks me if I need also which is his job but I've been to other Home Depots where the loaders just look at you while you load up. Or they'll play on the phone but not hit White Marsh.

I drove out to this store to purchase a vacuum cleaner. They had one of vacuum that I wanted. When I got home, I started to unpack the vacuum. The vacuum was not packaged properly. As I looked at some of the attachments, I observed that they were full of dirt, and had been used. Someone else had purchased this unit and returned it. Home Depot re-sold it as new.

Store is very clean. Helpful employees. They just need to restock a little better as with all of the other Home Depot stores.

Phone app said the product I was looking for was on the shelves but it wasn’t. Made me use self check out lines which the store was not cleaning in between uses. No regular lines open. No sanitizer for carts when you enter and none when you exit. Don’t go here

If you want to experience the BEST customer service, look for or ask for Mr. Mark. He is an older gentleman who assisted us during our last store trip. He is kind, informative and wonderful. Long gone are folks like him who understand that good customer service is what keeps folks coming back.

Great clean store

Everyone is wonderful and store very clean

I needed some last minute items and keys made, so I ran into Home Depot. It was almost closing time, but our cashier, Cherrelle, was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! She made our keys and patiently helped us with our order. I was so happy with all of the help from the employees at #2502 Home Depot. We will continue to shop at this store! We just ordered a grill from Home Depot! A great experience.

This store was amazing. We have experienced several (5 or 6) locations, but this one is amazing. They don’t leave you on hold, they are above the customer service experience, and the gentleman that brought our rails out from the back was so kind when he loaded up the rails in our vehicle. It was a tight fit, but he made it work. Thank you, White Marsh. Keep up the excellent work . Thumbs up !!

Lavar in the blinds department was amazing, as soon as he saw us he walked over, asked how he could help. We needed several blinds cut and he did tell us it was his 2nd day and that he had been practicing and completing his training. We assured him that we trusted him. He did have another associate in the department there to make sure everything was done correctly. He was great! For someone on their second day of work to jump in and help us like that says so much about that person. THANK YOU LAVAR!!!
