This store always has an excellent variety of the home improvement products I need, and the employees are friendly and well-informed. I was a general contractor for many years, during which I could always count on Home Depot for the tools, materials and supplies I needed, and at fair prices. Now that I'm retired, I still come to this store for the items I need for my own house. Even buying for one house, without the quantities involved in large and multiple jobs, I still find the good values I'm used to at Home Depot.

I went to the store to buy a Ridgid Battery for my 1/2" Impact Wrench and spoke with a Home Depot employee, a person who was off shorter stature and he helped decide what I needed and I was so glad I was able to speak with this gentleman. He knew everything there was to know about Ridgid and I had a great experience!

Shopping at the Whitehall Home Depot was such a pleasurable experience. The Salesman knew everything about the product and was extremely helpful in selecting the "right too for the job." I have been here before, quite often actually, and always had a great experience. We went through 4 decks, 3 patios, and numerous landscaping for neighbors where I used to live. My whole deck was constructed with Home Depot wood. The store was well organized and the assistance I needed was so well defined and articulated to me! The store was clean, but then again, Home Depot always excels at keeping their stores extremely clean and so well organized. The associate I spoke with was so friendly and helpful, there was nothing else left for me but to buy the tool I needed!

The last time I was in your store was ten years ago and the improvements were noticeible both in the varity of things and in the store itself plus the people you have were exceptional compaired to the average I see at other places. They seemed to care more and know their stuff

I had a very nice experience in the flooring dept of this Home Depot.

Everyone was polite and friendly and helpful . Loaded truck and didn't have an attitude about it which was a nice experience . I have been to other supply stores were they actually complained when loading heavy items.

The store was well stocked with the light bulbs I needed, with many more than the competitor store not too far away . Also, the interior of the store looks much better than it used to.

Very clean, very courteous employee's. There is always someone to help you find what you need or give you suggestions.
