Look for uniformly green trees that appear healthy. A good quality real Christmas tree shouldn't shed all of its needles when you shake it, and the needles shouldn't look dry, patchy, or brown. Also, check that your tree is free of disease and insects. For stronger trees able to hold up plenty of decorations, stick with a noble or Fraser fir, or Scotch pine tree. If you have allergies, the Nordmann Christmas tree is a good option. However, when pine is the culprit, try a fir tree like a Canaan, Balsam, Grand, or Abies. 1. Download The Home Depot App.
2. Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3. After you get to the store, park in a designated Curbside Pickup spot, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4. Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
5. We'll bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.
