I am happy with my search for Christmas lights that I needed to match my old lights I have at home. I found them in the decoration area of the store. It was well stocked and well lighted area. As I walked through the store, 2 Home Depot employees asked if I needed any help finding anything. I did not need the help but did like the offers.#3

Paul left his area to show me where Home Depot had decided to hide screen door pistons which was NOT anywhere near where complete screen doors are sold... Cathy handled the checkout in a very friendly and collegial manner...

The associate that assisted me during my recent visit was extremely helpful while I was contemplating my recent purchase of hand tools. Her knowledge of this area was definitely an added advantage to me! She is definitely an asset to not only your store in Williston VT but your company as a whole. Her customer service attitude is definitely what is needed for your continued management team!

Associate was very knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase. Associate outside saw my lumber purchase and came right over to help me load into my truck.

Associate asked of my interest in the mobile work center. I told him I saw the pegboard attachment was included. He explained it was a black Friday special and not longer available. I told him I wasn't interested without the special because I saw a stainless steel mobile workbench at COSTCO for the same price that was then more appealing. He offered to take $30 off of the unit. I accepted and also bought the peg board attachment. THANKS!

Overall this store has what I need and is the most convenient to me, however I always feel like I leave Home Depot unsatisfied. There is always that one missing item, things are hard to find. I get tired of people asking me if I need help a dozen times while I'm there. If I don't make eye contact, I don't want to talk to you. Their appliance selection is abysmal. For as much as they advertise their appliance deals, good luck finding one that you saw online that you'd want to see in the store. I had a trailer that I was using to get some items, someone in the store must have thought it funny to place a shopping cart in my trailer while I was loading my two children. The associate that came out actually thought I was trying to take it and instead of asking if I wanted assistance to remove it, asked why I would want a cart and was scolding me for trying to steal a shopping cart. Seriously? You honestly thought I was trying to steal a shopping cart while I was wrestling a toddler and a baby into my car? This same visit, I had a large amount of fasteners, with two different lengths. I was going to the self checkout to make sure I scanned each one, but was 'helped' by an associate and told her the amount of each length fastener I got... Yet she scanned them ALL under the longer fastener, thus overcharging me $10+. I was unaware of this until AFTER using the fasteners the following day. I will be contacting management about this... But doubt anything will be done about it since there's no way to prove I was overcharged, since I already used the smaller length fasteners. Since this place is 'local' to me and is usually convenient, I find myself going here. However, if another store like Lowes, Ace, etc. were across the street, I'd rather go there... I decided to go to Curtis Lumber for my material. They loaded everything on my trailer, no carts.

I purchased a 4X8 sheet of 5/8 plywood that needed cut into a particular height and width. The store associate immediately recognized my need for assistance, took the dimensions and proceeded to make the appropriate cuts. I was then able to fit the pieces into my car and was on my way in a very reasonable amount of time.

The store is very easy to look products for and the staff are very friendly and always available to help you. I like to go there when I need to, it is my first choice.

I was looking to buy a washer and frig for the new home and had my mind set on a different store and due to circumstances I went to home depot just to browse and was so amazed how much product I was getting for a great price. Needless to say I purchased both items and for a great price and got discounts as well. I will be going back for a dishwasher and stove. Great store, staff and prices.

I shop at the Williston store fairly frequently and have noticed that the customer service and service availability has gotten better and better over time. I enjoy shopping here and always seem to find what I need. When I need help, there is almost always someone there who can help me out.

I live in Montreal Canada. I have a second home in Stowe Vermont. I just love the Williston Store with the huge selection of quality products - no junck. The staff are first class and always most helpful, they even greet you when you first enter the store. I believe that the Home Depot pricing is as competitive as any other retailers pricing.
