love to shop at this store .all staff are friendly ,help me to find the things ,good customer service

I've used this Home Depot as the source for many home improvement project. Things have certainly changed since COVID-19 and many retailers have limited in-store stock. I recently ordered a range hood online on homedepot.com. The range hood didn't come with a light bulb and I ordered a bulb that turned out to be too blue. I thought great I'll just bring it back to the local store and exchange it for the right bulb. The store didn't have any GU10 bulb's in single packs. However they did have a 3 pack of bulbs. So i brought the homedepot.com order to customer service for the exchange. Monika in customer service helped facilitate the exchange. She was incredibly unhelpful and rude. I explained why I was returning the light bulb and what I was looking for and she was didn't even respond or provide any insight. She asked me for my ID and then asked me how I wanted my refund. When I explained that I was just here to exchange for what I thought was the correct part she told me that the refund would need to be put on a store card. It was a bad experience and I will be hesitant to shop there again!

Nice crew, will freely offer helpful advice if you need it. More than one time I've got helpful advice from employees who have done the job themselves.

The Williston Home Depot is a great store. When you go there you can find everything you need and plus more for the project that you are working on.The associates are always friendly and helpful to. The store is always clean when you shop there too. If you need help there is always employees to help you what you are looking for.

I just successfully purchased a freezer and could not have done it without the great telephone sale customer service help whose name happened to be Kristy.

Store employees are not all wearing masks and masks are not required to enter.

I needed to make a online purchase for stockade fence. I was unable to do it through my computer at home. Went to the Williston Vermont HomeDepot. A nice guy name Charlie help me put in the order. The price was not matching up To the fence they had on display. Charlie was able to Fix the price what the display model said. I left a happy customer. Thank you :)

The Williston HD is the nicest of all the HD's I have been in. Very helpful staff also.

I enter the store found the product I was looking for. As I was putting the stair treads in my basket there was an associate that offered to help stack my treads in my basket very nice. I have always loved this store neat and clean. When I arrived at the check out I was greeted by Melissa, very, very helpful. I let her know I was a Veteran and she asked if I was interested in a credit card with no pressure she explained the process and discount they offered. I was very impressed and pleased with Melissa she expedited with great professional and customer service.

LOVE those 27 gallon storage bins!!! They're good & sturdy & a very good price.

I got great service in the paint department at this Williston Store.

I have been in this particular store on several occasions and have never been disappointed with the service or the variety of goods to choose from. Great people working there and it's a pleasure to interact with them.

I went in to get paint, No one was in the paint area , when I asked customer service she said the lady called out sick and Mike from lawn and garden was working that area, but he was real busy .. it would be better to come back a different day. the store was dirty,

Hats off to the gentleman in lumber and the gal in service that were so friendly early morning on December 9th by helping me purchase a surprise gift for my daughter and son in law. When I called to pay for the gift it showed in inventory and they told me they didn’t have the item. They did som looking and called me back in Minnesota to say the found it. So happy they took the time to call me back. Great employees like that are priceless.

THIS IS THE BEST HOME IMPROVEMENT STORE IN THE AREA THAT HAS EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED TO FOR A NEW HOME.

I would like to thank store manager Melissa for going above and beyond in helping me deal with a very frustrating situation dealing with a manufacturer. Frigidaire has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with and Melissa stepped up taking responsibility of something way out of her control. She contacted the manufacturer for me, and much like myself, did not receive great service. So Melissa has replaced our appliance through Home Depot with exceptional customer service. Thank you Melissa for being the definition of customer service. My only complaint is - The appliance is scheduled to be delivered today, however the company in which that is delivering is impossible to reach. There will be no one home to accept the deliver and because I can't reach them, they are going to be very disappointed when they arrive. I have communicated this with Cindy at Home Depot who has offered to email them to help the communication get to them. Due to my boyfriend being in a car accident in the beginning of the week, he is unable to be home as we anticipated he would be for the delivery. I'm hoping the company can deliver our appliance to the store as picking it up will be tricky during the "normal business hours" of the delivery company. Thank you
