Given the history of how damaged Wylie was, this is still one of my favorite stores to visit. All of the associates are very knowledgeable and eager to help. Our Cashier Molly was very sweet and made sure we had all the things we needed

Great store with great help. I shop it 2 or 3 times a week and it's the same every time.

I like this place. Due to the railroad, it is smaller than a normal store, but that does not defer any other customers.

Need to move the extra roofing supplies to a location at the other end of the building where people do not park and you would be able to load out at the normal load out. Kudos to the forward thinking on ordering the extra material, but no good on the location in the parking lot.

Wasn't enough help at the time I was there around 7:30 only one lady there. She was nice and friendly so it wasn't so bad..

Employees were willing to render their assistance even when they were doing another assigned task. It made me as if i was the only one they cared about and I really "Liked" hat.

Been going here since i moved to Sachse. I have always been able to get what i needed with very few exceptions. No matter what you need, they've got it (except for groceries, but they are next door..

Store is clean and well setup. Employees are helpful.

On my first visit Stefani put me in touch with the right store employee to help me get the items I needed. Then on the second visit I needed further assistance and found out I would not be needing the item I purchased on the first visit. Stefani allowed me to return the item without hassle by retrieving only the SKU number from home over the phone where I left the receipt. I then was advised by store employees which items I needed to successfully connect my gas dryer at the location where we just recently moved in. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant.

If you need help with a project, look for Bob! He's helped me on several of my small projects around the house.

we came in for just a bug zapper and had multiple employees help us and were kind and speedy. They ALL went above and beyond

update merchandise expecially in the lighting and tile department,I rate those 2 departments with a 2. with the exception of steven in the paint department who I rate a 10 because he is very knowledgeable and skill and always put the customer FIRST!, I RATE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS A WHOLE A 4

Had a very positive experience with their service department. Went in for warranty issue with my water heater. Lizabeth spent almost 2 hours helping me. She was patient and friendly. I purchased a new Rheem water heater. It costs me only half of retail price with the store credit from my old heater. Also the gentlemen in the plumbing department was very helpful and knowledgeable about water heaters. He made it easy for me to choose a water heater. Great experience! Great job!

The employees over in Contractor Services are amazing. They took the time and explained to me some free benefits from Home Depot I didn't even know existed for me - and, took the time to sign me up. Luckily, it was 7am --- I bothered no other contractor.

Found everything I needed and if I had a question a friendly face was willing to help.

My husband and I are newlyweds and came to our local Home Depot to purchase patio furniture. I have NEVER had the outstanding customer service that we received this evening. The staff was so friendly, and I must gives the the highest praise to the manager. He was amazing!!! He personally helped my husband load our SUV. Cannot say enough good things about this store.

I had to buy paint to fix my house after the storm and this group of employees in the paint department was awesome! I could not be more happy with the service and support they provided. They should get some AC in there or I may not go back till winter.

Department is extremely under trained. No idea how to resolve basic issues. Poor communication between Home Depot, measuring services and installation services. Will not come back for future flooring projects.

This is my 3rd visit within a couple of weeks to this store. Very unfriendly personnel in the paint center. I will not purchase any more paint if this particular employee is there. I could see everyone around me was of the same opinion. I hope they work with her and get this turned around. Otherwise I will make the trip to their competitor.
