In November 2023 purchased a refrigerator and in December 2023 went back and purchased a washer and dryer from the same employee her name was Deya she was GREAT !!! helped us with all our needs she went above and beyond for my family. Will definitely looking for her for future purchases that you DEYA !!!

I had traveled to this location based on an online search that had an artificial tree in our low budget and I had promised our 7 year old we would have a tree before the day was out. The person working customer service rolled his eyes when I asked about the item and said if inventory says there is one, it’s a display item, and all the trees could be found nearby in the Christmas Display section. The item in question was not present. So I went outside to the live tree lot. Here a team member told me I was lucky to get the trees before they would be discounted in a few days. He offered me a tiny “Charlie brown” style tree before I asked if there were larger ones in the tent behind him in my budget. He was surprised to learn there were, and said it was not his section. He assured me that the base could be drilled out for the spike/tripod tree stand I had waiting at home, and let me know that I could just put coca-cola in the base instead of tree preservative. I took the tag inside and paid. When I came out to collect my purchase the young man who had mislead me (probably unknowingly) was gone & I was told that the equipment to prepare my tree was not on site, and when I asked his help in securing it to the roof of my car, the employee initially said it was company policy to no longer do so. When he saw I was becoming upset, he grudgingly agreed to help me secure our tree— I was glad for the help and tied all the knots myself specifically so as not to get him in any trouble. I then thanked him & asked where I could acquire a new stand, and was directed inside. When I checked the Christmas Display section for the tree bases and found none, I asked the person at the customer service desk if I could check elsewhere for them, and the (different) employee again dismissively directed me back to the Christmas Display section. I stood there several minutes, checking the section and finding nothing in a state of increasing distress. Eventually, your Genuinely Helpful Employee passed by and I asked her for help. She quickly lead me to the proper section where the stand could be found— as well as several artificial trees, one of which appeared to be the item I had driven from Garland for in the first place.

Purchased our refrigerator although the refrigerator will it be in until 12/22/23. Mrs. Cathy went over & beyond the call of duty. Our go to person at HD.

I bought 4 appliances and Fred Alaraj was fantastic at helping me pick them and check out.

I needed several items to complete a project, and several staff members helped me to understand the best materials and tools to use to complete it. They saved me a lot of time and frustration by being able to complete the project without any problems.

I was looking for this Santa for Christmas I had Jay, Erick, Josey, Maria they all went out of their way to find it I couldn’t have been more happy than that. They really care for you at Home Depot in Wylie tx.

I bought Pavia Crema tiles which I needed to match the old tiles I have. Store employee FABIAN was extremely helpful and friendly to find me the correct tiles.

I was greeted in the parking lot by the man keeping it tidy and bringing the carts inside. I was able to make my return without much of a wait by Pritiben. I was also helped by Deya who showed me many features on the refrigerators I was interested in. The cashier was on the ball too. Great Customer Service.

I like this location because employees are helpful and friendly.

Everything in my house including refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, ac unit, all faucets and sinks, doorbell, door knobs and locks, water heater and you name it is bought and installed from Home Depot. The are reliable and stand behind their products so have no reason to shop anywhere else.

My husband and I stopped by here not really expecting to find anything, but hoping there was something left of the outdoor furniture. We ran into Aaron who helped us find the perfect set. His customer service was phenomenal! We are new to the area, and this is our new preferred store!

Of all the Home Depot stores I have been in, the Wylie store and its employees are exceptional

I regularly shop at Greenville, Rockwall and Wylie Home Depot. I have alway enjoyed very good customer service and almost always find what I’m looking for. Thursday I was shopping at the Wylie store, looking for help with a project I discovered on the internet. I thought I knew what I wanted. K a very pleasant veteran was working in the plumbing department. She listened to my project idea and gave me suggestions to make my project easier and saved me 50% off what I thought I needed. K cut my materials several times to make it convenient for me to carry. I will look to K for help in all my projects.

Alfredo and Aaron went above and beyond to help me. I would’ve bought the wrong product and done my task completely wrong if it wasn’t for them. I really appreciated how friendly they were and how much I learned. I will definitely be shopping here in the future instead of other home improvement stores.

My concrete contractor sent me to get the plumbing parts I needed to have set in the foundation of a building I'm putting up on my property. I had no clue what I was looking for, but the staff at this particular Home Depot made sure I got the right person to help me (John the master plumber), and ensured I had all the information and the parts I needed. It's been a long time since I've shopped at a Home Depot, but this is now my go-to store.

I always like going to Home Depot’s compared to the competition. They have experience employees. They are friendly helpful and I would like to give a shout out to Lori cashier lawn and garden at the Wylie location. She is a helpful, knowledgeable terrific employee

Went to store to purchase a appliance. Cathy was great at helping me. Had some issues and Kyle @pro took over and cleared everything. This is something you don’t get at other stores. I will be returning to this store.
