The store was clean and everyone was extremely friendly. The sales associate that helped myself and my husband, was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about what we were looking for and where to find in it in the store.

Came for simple water bottle exchange and was greeted by Sales Associate who helped me immediately.

The store was clean, well organized and easy to navigate They have a good inventory that allows you to have more than one choice for most items we've come in for. We always add this store to the shopping list for home improvements

When my wife and I visited this store it was mainly to just check out what the store with no specific idea as to anything we needed. Soon after we entered the store associate had offered us directions as to where a particular item would be located. On the way to the isle we passed by the kitchen area and started to peruse the kitchen sinks on display. A store associate by the name of Ryan was very helpful with any queries we had regarding the different options available as to material, quality and installation measurements. This helped tremendously giving us the information we needed to step up the date of what had been only a back burner project. We would highly recommend the store for great service and competitive prices.

I need three different things on my visit to this store. Staff was very accurate, to help me find each item. Of the three home depots I go passed during a week, I like the friendliness of Yorkville store. Plus they talk with you like they really care about us customers. I have even over heard comments with a staff member talking with another customer; and this to was very real: not short answers like staff member is in a rush. This is why I shop at Yorkville Home Depot!

Excellent customer service. Anthony at the Yorkville Store always goes far above and beyond the normal employee. He is always cheerful and willing to help. Using the panel saw he always provides super accuracy. When ever I need help, I always check to see if Anthony is working because he is always my my first choice.

My husband and I went to Home Depot to purchase a snowblower. We were greeted by a lady named Marisa. She was wonderful! She new about all the different brands of snowblower and gave us insight on what we did not know prior to arriving at the store. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help us, she is what will bring us back for further purchases at The Home Depot!

Department manager of flooring is completely inept. Initial quote was dramatically different from the final quote that was agreed upon. Scheduling a delivery of the flooring with the flooring department over the phone was laughable. They could not guarantee an AM or PM delivery of the material. Unless there is another time between AM and PM, essentially what I was told is that my wife should wake up at 7 AM, wait by the phone and hope they call sooner rather than later. Once all materials were delivered and installed, the contractor realized that they did not order enough materials to finish the job. I now have to wait for the Home Depot to special order the materials and wait for the contractor to install the final materials. Unacceptable.

The associates were helpful all the way from discussing and recommending the best product to helping me load a very heavy purchase into my truck.

I have learned if you need help just ask. This store is great about that. All the people above, did a great job helping me with different things. At another HD, I wasn't happy with a couple managers. What's the difference between the other store and this store? Yorkville store seems like the employees are really eager to help you.
