A: The only thing you can do I buy extra tile and take small black tile out. There is no tile that matches based on my experience
A: I don't know a specific tile, but the black is a matte finish and you will probably have to get something from Daltile to match.
A: I will tell you something, that these mosaic tiles are not easy to cut. So when I laid them down, it didn't matter because the edges are going to be under sheetrock and base and shoe mould. But if you are trying to make a border, being that these have many pieces to them, you will have to be cutting them with a saw to look good, and that's a lot of sawcutting, depending on the size of your room. And it may look good on the side you started on, because you can plan for the border to start at the edge of the whites, and just nip off the ends of the blacks. But unless you plan it perfectly to match the tiles, the other side will most likely be cut off at some odd place in the tile, and could look funny. So if this is a bath, I would definitely start at the side across from your fixtures, and have the cut side so most of it is under your sink, toilet and tub.
A: I have used this tile in two bathrooms with much satisfaction. Never used 2 in border tile. I would suggest to take a full 12 in tile to the store to match your requirements. Good luck.
A: Yes, use whatever color grout you want
A: The tiles in the photo appeared to be just laid there without any grout. So yes you have to apply grout yourself and therefore the grout can indeed be your choice.
A: No idea, we are using it forour kitchen walls, however, I have seen it installed on a bathroom floor in a hotel we stayed at a couple ofyears ago.
A: That is a tricky situation. I would rough up the plastic and bond an uncoupling mat to it first that will help reduce cracking. Be sure to use versabond thinset the dry product that comes in a 50 lb bag. Use that for bonding both the mat to the plastic and the tile to the mat.
A: The Matte White Octagon Dot is not slippery at all. It came out looking good! The tile installer did a good job of installing it on the concrete shower pan. It is not used for shower pans that are fiberglass.
A: Yes it can! That’s exactly where we used it in our shower floor! Beautiful
A: DCOF less than 0.42 - Slip-resistance meets requirements for use on dry and level interior floors, not recommended for shower floors; all products manufactured by Daltile meet or exceed the requirements of the ANSI standard
