We ordered the Natural Cedar Board-N-Batten shutters by Design Craft Millworks. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase. They were shipped out quickly and securely packaged.They were installed about a month ago and look beautiful. We accidentally ordered the wrong size for our upper windows. The customer service was excellent and they followed up with a call to check on our replacement order. They shipped them out super fast so our painters could finish the job on time.

And I like these! They are decently made...not perfection, but very good. The color variation is less than the pictures. I washed them with wood cleaner, let them dry and put two coats of stain on them and I am happy. Can't wait to hang them on the house.

I love these USA-made shutters, and they look fantastic on the house. I also appreciate the other person who recommended the Cordovan stain, as it turned out well for us too. Also, I had to reach out to the manufacturer to get more screws (I broke a couple using a hammer drill too heavily), and they sent me another pack! Can't recommend the shutters or manufacturer highly enough. Home Depot, you have a great partner in Design Craft Millworks.

Arrived way early. Just opened and inspected them. There really nicely made. They come with 4 screws and anchors per shutter. The instructions are clear. I can’t wait to put these up.

I bought these online and they were delivered to my door. I used Cabots oil based stain and sealer in one in the “new cedar” color. Wow! The neighbors are almost having wrecks in front of the house. I even got shutters for the sides of the house, so glad I did. What a transformation!! Installation was a snap! See the pics!

These came in looking great. We stained ours and added iron buttons to complete my wife's vision. They turned out great.

These shutters are beautiful. I purchased a separate bracket mounting system as I did not want any "screw holes" in the front face of my shutters (what basically arrives with this product). With that in mind, I also applied three coats of a SPAR urethane to "seal and deliver" an incredible look for my shutters, before hanging. These cedar shutters really took to three rounds of a SPAR urethane that ultimately pulled out the naturally beautiful wood tannins, swirls and notches - while providing superior UV and water protection along the way. Now I can just watch the water droplets skip right off my shutters. A 220 block sander and brush was used to apply three separate coats to these shutters, before hanging. When finished, I capped my new shutters with nice copper strips at the top and bottom. A neat touch. Very pleased with the show-stopping results and so are my neighbors.
