I returned these legs and ordered Store SKU #1000927783. As you can see in the pictures , they worked great.
I built the workbench for my daughter. It is better than the one I have in my shop. Mine doesn't have the knockouts for the power outlets.

I'm quite happy with these. I used them to convert an old heavy desk top to a work table, for use in assembling and operating a new 3D printer. Plenty of holes are provided for securing a top and shelves with 5/16" fasteners. I simply bolted a 2x6 to the lower cross-pieces rather than buying a metal shelf, and this was sufficient to make the table rock solid. Holes at the bottom of the legs provide for adjustable leveling feet. Knockouts for installing electrical outlets are a nice touch, though I didn't use them because the table is likely to be moved.

Quality and finish are sub par. Homeowner grade.
Saved some time instead of building a frame from 2×2 steel. Was able to assemble and weld on casters since bolted. Came bent and welded upside down(which went unnoticed until nearly assembled). Be prepared to bend back in shape and modify with a drill and grinder to make it work. Still 2 stars since its cheap and looks decent enough for novice homeowner. Do not recommend for a commercial strength bench.

Met expectations. Very easy to assemble. The legs are strong and were an essential component for a table to hold my new CNC Router. The table top and shelf are made from MDF also purchased from Home Depot. The table sets on a mobile base to provide portability. I have had it for about a month and the legs were ideal for the table I built.

Back story...I had a table top from a desk I ordered on line. It came damaged. Manufacturer sent me a new top and didn't want the damaged one back. The damage was cosmetic so I kept it thinking I'd find a use for it. Very sturdy top so I searched for legs. Not finding any and not trusting the fold up legs I could buy on line, I turned to HomeDepot. Nothing was available in the store so they offered to order these, free shipping to my home, assuring me that if they didn't fit I could bring them back to the store. I took a chance and these are wonderful workbench legs. Got some screws for my local HD store to attach the legs. Legs were a bit wide for my top, but that's OK. Also added lock washers to the bolts on the adjustable legs. Bolts included with the legs.
I have added non-slip cushion feet to the bottoms. I'm not sure of the surface I'll have in my workspace. I'm finishing my basement and cutting 2x4's to length on the floor got tiresome. Now I have a more comfortable position to cut each piece.
I also wanted the table to be moveable. I searched for rollers, but not wanting the table to move if I'm sawing. I added the three wheel furniture casters. When i need to move it I pick up a leg and place the caster under. Need it stable, I remove the casters.
Right now it's a handy helper holding my Ridgid power tools, screws, etc. as I hang drywall.
Great purchased for me and I appreciate the assurance that I could return it to the store if it didn't meet me needs. Very easy to assemble, quality steel making a sturdy surface.

Perfect solution for custom work bench
As a 54 year old female who is only 5'2", I couldn't find a work bench short enough and the adjustable ones were over $400. This was the perfect solution! I could make it as wide as I wanted and adjust the height. I put a 4'x4' 1/2 board on it and even added a shelf to the lower portion. It needed a support board on the back, then I attached 2'x4's to the bottom so it slides easily. Very sturdy, great quality! I highly recommend!

Awesome DIY workbench legs
They came in a box and were easy to assemble and use. I used 3/4 inch interior plywood for the top. I cut it 30 inch deep and used the remaining 18 inch piece for the back of the legs and used a 1/2 inch piece of plywood for the lower shelf (foot rest height) . I added a 4 inch solid concrete block to the lower shelf under it to provide rigidity and give the ability to put heavy objects on it and not bow. Works great I covered the top with exterior grey rug material and used a 4 inch board for the back of the top to form a backstop all covered with the rug material. Looks great!

Solid Frame
This work bench legs system is very thought out. The parts are bent and crimped to make the steel feel rigid and strong.
