Description on the website is not correct
Website says washers have outside diameter of 5/8 inch, but the ones I received have OD of 3/4 inch (please see pic).

Wrong Spec Listed
These washers are spec'd as .75" O.D. on the Home Depot website. They are actually 1.0" diameter. I can't use these for their intended purpose.

If you need to stack them you can get 80 millimeter in height or right at three and quarter inch in height. ASC is stamped on the face of the plate on one side of each of the twenty five contained in the brown box they come in. Heavy Duty.

The thickness of the washer is 1/8 inch and can be used in a spacing application if necessary to fill needed room. The quality of the manufacturing process seems adequate and produces and consistent product.

Being used for decking or fence building is only one of the multiple uses that these washers are perfect for. The Everbilt ¾ inch Zinc plated cut washer provides a large bearing surface so that when used on softer wood, yellow pine which most of your pressure treated wood is made from, it prevents the fastener from being buried into the wood leaving a week or loose joint. The washer comes in 25 pieces to a box, has a 2” outside with a ¾” inside diameter, is 1/8” thick and is zinc plated making it perfect for outside use. The washer does have some weight and I have used it for other things such as a makeshift plumb bob, weight for a picnic table cloth, replacement calk line hook and a weight for the bottom of my curtains to keep them straight. Good product, recommended.
