Delivery was timely and packed well so there was do damage. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Instructions included a template for drilling the holes for the brackets that attached to the ceiling joists. Very useful. By using rope to haul up the 4 x 4 panels I was able to assemble this myself. All fasteners worked well except for a couple of screws that didn't line up properly with the treaded holes in the panels. Needed to use clamps to get the panels to line up with the bracket holes. Not a big issue. I have had this installed for about a couple of weeks and have begun to store items on it. It does what it claims and what I expected.
