Pump works well, but needs so work. No rubber feet...
Pump works well, but needs so work. No rubber feet on the bottom so the pump slides around too easily when using it. The hoses are stiff enough to retail their shape so if you're trying to transfer from a large tank the suction hose tends to curl up out of the fuel. It really needs a rigid pole or something to hold it straight to reach the bottom. The filter itself was useless for me. Too large to fit in the fill ports on 275 gallon oil tanks as well as 3 of my 4 5 gallon cans. Power switch is very stiff and hard to flip with gloves on due to the cover. Power cables could easily be another 4ft longer to make things easier. I'll have to wall mount this in my barn for tractor fueling, and extend the power cables. Otherwise it takes two people (or clamps) to hold suction hose, fill nozzle, and pump in place while using. Two good things I like about it are the fill nozzle stopping the fuel flow when you let go of the handle, and that the pump will self prime enough to suck the air out of the suction hose even when the hose is stretched down vertically to reach the bottom of a tank. The nozzle could use a handle lock though for when you're transferring smaller containers to a larger one with no risk of overflow. Looks like it is designed for one, but does not have one included.

From everything you have been mentioning, a product that would be a better fit for you would be the RD812NP, it comes with a discharge hose, 23 in. to 41 in. telescoping suction pipe, nozzle boot, bung mount tank adapter and quick connect power cord with battery clips.
