Looking for a brighter bulb and this is just what I was looking for. Super easy to swap old ones out (one had burned out anyways). The new Feit led is brighter and produces a whiter light making cooking easier to see in the pots and pans. I wish I had found these and swapped sooner. You will not be disappointed.

Never turns off.
there is supposed to be 3 stages on this light. off, low, high. it never goes off. Also just recently the high started flashing. I can really use it to see what I'm cooking on my stove. what a waste.

This bulb only has one brightness, but there is a light over my stove now. I was looking for a bulb that had a low and high brilliance because that is how my microwave is set up. The salesperson was great! I was looking for a 40 watt and he informed me that this one would work. So, instead of no light, there is a light.

I thought that this bulb would be the right size for my appliances, but the base is too small for that. I really like the idea of LED technology for any and all electrical fixtures in the house, but maybe my refrigerator is so old that they didn't use this technology back then! I have heard of Feit Electric products, so I knew it would be made well, but if ordering online, don't overlook the size that you need for your home!

This nice little LED bulb is to replace the old school incandescent bulb in your microwave oven. It will offer you bright white light, a very long life, and much energy savings. It is a T8 with E17 base (check your microwave). It uses only 3.5 watts of power. Perfect for converting to an eco-friendly home. Color temperature is nice, a bright white at 3000° K. This should last me a lifetime.

Let's start off by saying, I really like LED bulbs. From an efficiency & longevity perspective, they can't be beat. I used to really like florescent bulbs, but dealing with starters & the cheap connections when replacing them really changed my opinion. I also jumped on board with CFLs, but they didn't last as long as promised & the potential of mercury contamination was a concern. So with that said, I found these bulbs to be quite acceptable in the right application (in this case our primary refrigerator). These are bright white bulbs (3000k), brighter than the incandescent bulbs they replaced. These bulbs are rated for use in a microwave oven. The packaging states that with 3.5 hours of use daily these bulbs will last 13.7 years. Since I think I'm staring @ the inside of my refrigerator for less than an hour a day. These bulbs should last over 40 years.
