The product arrived packaged well and looks exactly like the picture. After ordering, I found the exact same one on Amazon for $15 less ( Home Depot does price match but not with Amazon). The leaves are nice and big with a realistic green hue. I only wish they would drop down a bit . The way they are now you can only see the backside of the leaf and not the top. Even though the leaves are somewhat pliable, I have read of others (reviews on other sites) breaking off when trying to maneuver them. One very positive attribute is the heaviness of the pot. It is small , but heavy ! This tree isn't going to topple over.
