Extremely Satisfied Customer
I am extremely pleased with the quality and good looks of my10 piece Pro Series garage cabinets. The cabinets were extremely well packaged during shipping with no damage to cabinets. However, be prepared for a large quantity of wooden skids and packing material waste. I used the large plastic bags that the cabinets were shipped in to help dispose of cardboard and Styrofoam. It took me a whole afternoon to unpack and inventory all of the cabinets. The other issue that I was not ready for was my garage wall was out of plum by 3/4". I had to use backing lathe to level and mount the cabinets. This did take me longer than I expected. I would check your walls prior to be ready for the extra work and material. The wall cabinet bolt holes will not align if you do not level and plum them properly during mounting (not slotted).
The other thing that happened was the shipping company would not let me write on the shipping information log sheet which boxes were damaged. This is what the Newage receipt inspection instructions tells you to do. The shipper told me that if you write anything on the shipping papers regarding damage, they have to return the material or open boxes for inspection. Some of my boxes had tears or dents in the cardboard. So, we had to open all of the boxes with the driver present that had tears or dents to inspect contents before driver would leave. This took almost 45 minutes to open everything and inspect. Fortunately, there was only some minor paint nicks on the cabinets and bamboo tops. The cabinet assembly instructions were very good with no issues. All hardware comes packed in blister packs and you get more than you need. Newage does a great job with assembly instructions and hardware. The cabinets are also fairly heavy it helps to have and extra person. I also pre-drilled all the lag screw holes before for securing cabinets to the wall studs. This made the whole install much easier. I hope this information helps and the Pro Series Model is definitely worth the extra money if you are having trouble deciding between Pro and Bold.

Great addition to my workshop!
Very nice garage workshop system. Lots of options for setup and all the necessary hardware is included and neatly organized. Love the soft close doors and drawers. White glove delivery was well worth the added cost.

I just completed installation of the 10-piece Pro 3 series. I found the instructions very clear and all went together as planned. I recommend an adjustable flat bar stool to help support the upper cabinets exactly, correctly as one fastens them to the wall. Everything was well packaged, and except for one broken little blue tray, arrived undamaged. (NewAge has already agreed to replace that blue plastic tray.)
Thumbs up on this product from me. I await back order on LED lights to complete this project.

Overall, I am very happy with the build quality, functionality and appearance of the products. A couple of minor quality issues bring it down to 4 stars, though.
1. A corner on one of the stainless steel counter tops was slightly crushed/dented in. The packaging around the counter tops seemed insufficient, given the heft of the product.
2. A couple of the overhead, wall cabinets appeared to be packaged differently, which is fine, but one of the light valences that bolts to the bottom of these cabinets was a slightly bigger size, so it didn't perfectly match with the valence on the cabinet next to it.

How I started my dream garage
I was looking for a dream garage and chose those cabinets to start the look of my garage. The stenght and the quality, compare to others brand were what I was looking for. Cabinets arrived with no dents or scratches. I thought the shipping of cabinets inside cabinets was really thought out on helping in waste and shipping but when they do that the cabinets are really heavy so have a helper. Instructions were pretty straight forward and easy to follow. These 18 gauge steel cabinets are very well built and I definitely will be ordering more.
