These are really good quality comforters. This is my second one. I bought a king for a high queen sized bed and it's perfect. No bed skirt needed. The Company Store comforters are not cheap but are worth every penny.

This comforter does make some noise when you move it around. Its really not bad though. It makes the familiar rustling/crunchy sound that I've come to expect from down. However, this comforter is actually much quieter than ones I've had in the past. I believe the sound comes from tightly woven cotton. The sound does disappear if you dry clean the product. After a few washes with dryer sheets, the material does soften up even more. I haven't had any feathers popping out of this comforter. I hate it when that happens because it hurts. I am pleased with it in that respect. The cotton material of the shell is thicker so it seems to prevent that. As far as the undertone of the white, it leans more towards the 'beige white' rather than a 'gray white.' If you are just a casual observer, most people would just call it "white," but I am just being specific. I think this has to do with the color of the feathers inside it. One of the first things I noticed about the comforter is how plush it is. You can really tell that it is stuffed well. Overall, I do recommend the product. It's very warm and comfortable. I like how it is machine washable and made of cotton.

The Lacrosse white queen down comforter is a high quality medium down comforter. The comforter has a 295 thread count cotton twell shell and sewn through 12" box construction. The white fits any decor. Best of all the comforter is machine washable. The comforter has a silky smooth finish and covers the bed well with added comfort in the winter months.

A surprisingly warm comforter. Being a male, I was skeptical at first about the warmth of this thinner down comforter. I am used to the "thicker the warmer" mind set- so I put it to the test. The quality is amazing and the stitching is flawless. Then I slept under it. Wow! The comforter doesn't feel too heavy like the thicker one's I have owned in the past. It stays on the bed where heavier comforters tend to fall off the bed. By 1:00 a.m. in the morning I was kicking it off. I can tell it is better suited for colder temps. I plan on using this in my guest room and cant wait until I get responses. I am truly surprised at the quality and thermal capabilities of this beautiful comforter. You will too!
