Super Fitting
I would love to shake the hand of the man that invented these fittings, maybe even give him a hug. They are fabulous and make doing plumbing repairs a breeze whether your an journeyman plumber or a weekend do it yourself person. Don't forget to use some thread tape for the threaded connections. As for the push on end, I have been using these for the past few years on my own and others projects and I have yet to have to return due to one leaking. Once installed they seal right up and you can turn the water on immediately. No waiting for messy thread seal or glue to dry. They can be bought and fit to copper, pvc of the even the new pex hoses that are increasing in popularity. They also come in about any combo and adapter possible for all your plumbing needs.

Well made, high quality connector
These connectors are well made and great to use when you need to switch between PEX and threaded pipe of some sort. They can be used for stub-outs or to start or end a run with a hard copper or steel pipe. These use "push-in" connectors on the PEX side meaning that you do not need a crimper or any other tool to connect a PEX pipe, you merely push the pipe into the connector.

Plumber's Choice is giving us more choice in the push connect world
Works the same as other top brands. Been using these as a permanent fix for older brass plumbing. Had to replace a water heater that had brass to copper. I simply removed the copper section and screwed this directly into the brass and used pex down to another pushlock on the top of the water heater. Its been years and no issue yet. I think most non-plumbers will talk down on these while surprisingly actual plumbers will say they work and they seem to hold up like a solders connection. Some of these are going on 5 years old without any leaking at all, including a 1/4 turn on a water main.
