Q:My question on the tankless: is that making noise? Do we require to install special valve to reduce the noise? I am very interesting to buy 4 Vovo toilets, but noise is one of the issues that our installer brought up. Can we buy the bidet as replacement?

Q:I have a 2 yr old smart tankless toilet similar to this and my concern with it is the low water line so my question is--does this one have a low water line or is it more like the normal water line in regular toilets that comes with a water tank?

Nice toilet but pay attention to installation specs for the water supply line! Need Shark bite for installation!
Purchased the toilet because of a good, discounted price and reviews. These style toilets are a bit different in installation due to the one-piece compact design. There was an issue due to the threaded valve connection provided being different than a typical 3/8" toilet water supply connection. In order to install the supplied valve a shark bite connector had to be purchased. Not a fan of shark bites but in this case, I was forced to use it. This introduced another problem with extending out the water supply valve and hitting the toilet. I got lucky and missed it by about 2 ". So I had to install the toilet base first and then connect the water supply valve.
Another issue is that the water supply SS provided hose is a bit larger and puts a strain on the required shark bite, luckily the shark bite can be rotated on the copper pipe to alleviate some strain on the filter housing/shark bite connector. The issue with this is now the filter housing is facing down and cannot be removed for cleaning. Other than the install the toilet, it works great! Built-in bidet is nice and has excellent features, purchased this model without the automated seat, because I figured that is probably a good mechanical breaking point. Auto flush is another nice feature!

Outstanding Bidet
Tried many bidets so far, and I must say, I am about to purchase my second. This one took me about 1hr to install, and that involved the removal of the old toilet. I needed no additional anything from the hardware store. Even came with a wax ring.
Water temp is fantastic. Pulsating/cleaning is perfect. Heated seat is wonderful. Fan could be stronger or dry faster.
I'm a bigger guy, tall, and this works well for me. Also, my kids love it too, as does my wife.

Terrible customer service
This review has nothing to do with Home Depot. After installing some of the functions did not work. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone from Vovo. Worst customer support I have ever dealt with. You have to wait about 24 hours for someone to email you back with the next step. At this point I will just return it and get another brand that hopefully has no issues.

Wife loves it!
We’ve had this installed for a little over a year. It works as described and the wife loves it. I installed it myself, but several months ago the bidet quit heating the water coming out of the nozzle. There are very detailed videos on the VOVO website to diagnose the problem, but they didn’t work. I contacted the company and they were very responsive and offered the option of sending back the top section or they would send a new water tank and thermostat. I opted to replace the water tank myself and now the unit is fully functional. Great customer service and we would definitely buy again.

Leftover residue after flush .takes multiple flushes. Seat feels great bidet could use more wide spray .seat has been having heater stay on( may be operator error)

Plumber installed it about a month ago. Features are very nice. The design is functional and esthetic but maintenance is not as friendly as I hoped. I think it requires resetting the electronics too often to keep the warm water working. water sometimes leaks into the control housing which might be causing the controller to trip. I need to take this issue up with customer service to troubleshoot further.
