Q:Does the 84 inch include the track and rail above it? or is the door exactly 84 inch and then additional space is needed above the door for the hardware? thanks

A: Hi, the door is exactly 84", the track need at least 6 inch clearance above the door. So from the floor to ceiling require at least 90 inch to install this barn door. Thanks

A: Hi, all the holes in the track are predrilled. We don't recommend that you cut the track, because once you cut you also have to drill holes. Thanks

missimg parts misleading pics

This door comes unassembled - which you can read about but conveniently the picture is missing. This product also came missing the screws to put the door together and funnily theres no pictures of the screws needed in the pictures either! I would not have purchased if it was going to be this much hassle - unassembled doors Are cheaper online
