How firm or extra firm is this mattress? is this no flip mattress?

AnswersWe bought this exact same model Zinus mattress at Walmart 15 mo ago. We like it so much we are buying a 2nd one today for our motorhome. I would call this a firm mattress, not an extra firm. And yes, this is a no-flip mattress. The mfr does not recommend flipping this mattress per their written instructions. Over a year of everyday use and our mattress has no signs of depression or sagging. Overall we are very pleased and this is why we are buying a 2nd Zinus queen mattress.
Does this mattress need a box spring under it? I plan on putting it on a platform bed

AnswersHome Depot doesn’t take your old mattress. I had a memory foam mattress so I cut them into pieces and neatly tied them and the trash pick up took it.

AnswerHi, I am not sure how many coils this mattress contains, but compared with all other good brand mattress, this Zinus mattress is the most firm one in my house, but the cost is lowest one, I dont know how they make this one, but it is very solid one, more firm than the sert and simons brand. After four months of use this mattress is garbage. Wife weighs one hundred and fidteen pounds and her body stays in matress more than twentyfour hours. Top foam slides off rest of mattress. Sages over two inches. Killing our backs

I'm a side and back sleeper so this mattress is good. My old mattress was really worn from years of using it and I didn't have a big budget for a new one. I didn't really have a high of an expectation for this mattress but was proven wrong. I've been sleeping comfortably since purchasing this mattress and would recommend it to family and friends. It's a good mattress for it's price, for firmness (1soft -5 firm) I'd give it a 4.5 (^°^)

Mattress sinks noticibly after a period of time; moving to the side is an uphill climb. I would not buy another nor recommend it to anyone. The middle needs more support.

This mattress is pretty firm. Just like how we wanted. Wish I had found this one earlier then would have save some money on the others that i bought at much higher cost from Mattress firm and they are not that firm either.
