nuLOOM designs a variety of area rugs and runners ideal for anywhere inside your home including living rooms, bedrooms and dining rooms. nuLOOM curates affordable rugs in many styles like shag rugs, cowhide rugs, Persian rugs, jute rugs and oriental rugs. nuLOOM's variety includes many 8 ft. x 10 ft. and large area rugs. nuLOOM recommends to use either a rug pad or rug cushion to increase rug comfort and longevity.
  • 80% Wool, 20% Cotton
  • Braided In India
  • Cotton backing; a nonslip rug pad (not included) is recommended to prevent slippage
  • Exact measurements: 8 ft. x 10 ft. Area Rug
  • Measures 0.4 in. pile height, 0.5 in. thickness
  • Spot clean with a mild detergent and water
  • Heavy objects may cause rug pile to flatten; use rug protectors to prolong life of rug
  • Long periods of direct sunlight may cause loss of colors over time
  • Rugs may contain temporary creases upon arrival, allow time for creases to flatten and settle

        When will the shedding stop??
        The amount of shedding for this rug could produce enough people for a city! It’s a beautiful rug, well made, but goodness. We’ve vacuumed it over three dozen times and it still fills the vacuum all the way. I would not recommend this for a high traffic area or in a home where shoes are worn. Getting it cleaned would be nearly impossible.

        Within a month, this rug starts becoming unglued - the fabric isn’t woven together but rather glued down in small 2-3 inch sections. After trying to re-glue 10 or so, I gave up and called for a refund. Customer Service was excellent.
