A:  Full diameter of the tip is 2", with about a 1-1/2" opening. The base diameter is roughly 7-1/2". Hope this helps.

A:  I haven't weighed it, but would say closer to 5 lbs. Heavy enough to stand up in a stiff wind; weighted at the bottom so it will stand. The reflective are easier to see at night.
