      A:  I ordered online and picked-up curbside. After getting it to my mother's house, took it inside and removed the box. Assembly was very easy, simply slide the recliner back in to the rails attached to the recliner body. It snaps in which means it's locked in.

      A:  The back is a separate piece. You align it with the 2 brackets and slide it into place until it locks. Very easy.

      A:  The controls are on the outside of the right chair arm, not the inside.

        A:  Yes, I am 74" tall and it fits me.... just barely. Yes, it cleans easily.

          A:  The seating area has a length and depth of 20 inches and is 20 inches high. The seat can accommodate up to 300lbs. We recommend cleaning the leather with a cloth and soapy water.
