A:  No, you have to drill your own to fit the faucet you buy for it.

      by|May 10, 2021

A:  No. You'll have to drill one or have an external. But choose carefully... location really matters. We put ours at the "foot" end by the curve and now it's really restrictive.

A:  There are no holes for water fill up, I cut three holes for my long neck faucet and handles.

A:  Holes for the spouts are not pre-drilled. So that customers can choose the location of the spout which may vary depending on pipe locations, type of spout, and customer desires. The holes are easily drilled in the fiberglass tub if if desired.

A:  Must not be wired correctly.

              by|May 10, 2021

A:  Probably because the tube going from the back of the switch is disconnected. The tube is a simple air tube that should be connected at the switch and also at the other end.

A:  This unit has the jets and pump already plumber in place. You just need to install the drain and an option to fill it. There is a inline heater that can be purchased to help keep the water warm for extended bathing times.
