Q:I can get all the Townsend accessories in Polished Nickel but I cannot find the 8 inch widespread bathroom faucet in Polished Nickel--only brushed. Is it possible to get the entire collection in Polished Nickel? Is there a model number?

We do offer 8" widespread Townsend faucets in polished nickel. They are model numbers 7353801.013 and 7353841.013.

Q:I need to replace the cartridge in my faucet handle. I can figure out how to remove the faucet handle. I have a Townsed and there are no visible set screws or releases. Please help....

If you look at the installation instructions, Section 7 describes how to change the direction of the handle. In those directions, it describes how to remove the handle from the faucet. A: There is no other aerator to use. However, you should remove the aerator and check it for debris as it could be reducing the flow.

A: This is removed with a coin. It goes into the center of aerator where there is a slot. It will thread out counter clockwise

Q:A review said about Townsend faucet - is this true: "the handles do not attach to the interior plastic valves. They come right off. There is no screw to attach them in any way." Is there a remedy to this problem?

A: There is a deck adapter that these faucets are threaded onto. You just need to rotate them to remove.
