        A:  HELLO, YES, YOU CAN USE FIREWOOD, HOWEVER, USE NO MORE THAN WHAT IT TAKES TO COVER THE ASH PAN WITH A SINGLE LAYER. ALWAYS USE THE SUPPLIED FIRE GRATE/ASH PAN. DO NOT USE MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED AMOUNT OF CHARCOAL BRIQUETTES. (3 pounds) IF USING "LUMP" CHARCOAL USE LESS! IT BURNS MUCH HOTTER THAN BRIQUETTES AND COULD DAMAGE YOUR GRILL.               A:  We use rivets to attach the leg hinges to the grill. You can use a comparable size nut and bolt if the rivets have broken off.
