To fix the issue, I'd recommend letting the stain dry for at least 72 hours and try cleaning it with soap and water or a concrete cleaner/degreaser. If cleaning doesn't work, I'd suggest touching up the area with more of the stain. If needed, apply a thin coat to the entire area for uniformity.
