        A:  Planter comes in 2 parts-base and bowl. Base is 13" wide and 5 1/4" high. Bowl fits on top of it. 10" from base connection to top of planter. Planter bowl is 18" wide. Whole thing stand 15 1/4" tall when assembled.

            A:  My old set had 2 holes in the bowl. The new set does not. You could easily drill some though.

                A:  No, but intended for you to be able to drill one in to the bottom if needed.

                    A:  Mine seemed to fit together snugly but was not difficult to assemble. I did install some screws to keep the top and bottom from separating since I have added to concrete to the base to help keep it stable.
