The most penetrating and most difficult particle to capture is 2.5 microns in size. This size particle is the perfect size and moves at the perfect speed to pass right through a filter fiber hole. Our Classic, Pro, and Sense air purifiers capture this size particle at a rate of 99.97%, while our Pure Blue line will capture this size particle at a 99% rate.
