Q:My new electric stackable Bosch dryer is getting extremely hot and leaving clothes slightly moist. The installer used a four prong adapter for the outlet (it was not a Bosch adapter). I am concerned about the heat of the dryer and clothes not drying .

Q:I know that the dryer is ventless, but can I vent it anyway if I have the ability? Or do you still offer a vented dryer option for stackable? I want to insure that my clothes dry in a timely fashion -- I currently have an old vented Axxis & it's perfect!

Q:Can the washer and dryer, 800 series set, drains piggyback into the same standard drain standpipe? My drain is as shown in picture "B" in the installation documents.

Yes you could "piggyback " the two drains as In step one of the installation instructions it instructs you to cable tie the dryer drain hose to the washer drain elbow.
