A: It's easiest to have attic access. You might be able to install from below, but you will have to make the ceiling cut out extra large so you can access the unit. Q:So the product title states "Bath Fan with light and Nightlight" but the product description states nightlight bulb not included, my question is there a night light or not and what bulb would be needed to purchase separately since it's already priced over $250?
