Q:does the unit come with a 4 inch duct adaptor?

A:  Hi george, Thank you for your question on model QTXE150FLT. This model is designed for use with 6" duct, there is no reducer included with this unit. Using a 4" duct with this unit may lessen the performance and/or increase the sound level of the unit.

          A:  It's easiest to have attic access. You might be able to install from below, but you will have to make the ceiling cut out extra large so you can access the unit.             A:  No, this item uses two 18 watt bulbs.

                Q:So the product title states "Bath Fan with light and Nightlight" but the product description states nightlight bulb not included, my question is there a night light or not and what bulb would be needed to purchase separately since it's already priced over $250?
