Q:Like the two reviewers before me, I got one with the slat holders wrongly placed on the top side of the side rail. How long is ?longer than usual to respond?? I?d like to sleep on my new bed soon.

Q:The wood on the side rails are not correctly placed. If the hooks are to go down over the screws it would make the bed slats sit too high.

Q:How many boxes does this come in? We got a box with the headboard, slats and that?s it! No side or end boards, legs or hardware. Not sure if there should be another box or if it was a packaging error.
