A:  Unfortunately, things like coconut husk, bamboo, etc. can potentially clog and jam the impeller. We are sorry about that.

A:  I had the same problem. I used mine about fifteen or twenty minutes. It jammed a couple of times with half inch branches. Now the motor seems to be locked up.

A:  We do recommend only putting in wood that has been pruned and dried of no more than three inches in diameter through the chipper. For the shredder, we recommend shrubbery or leaves up to ½ inch or less. Things like bamboo, etc. can potentially clog the impeller. Thank you.

A:  I ran mine for the first time yesterday - We had a storm that knocked down some limbs on 07/20/23 pm and I cut it up and piled it on 07/22/23. I was able to run the smaller 1/8? to 3/4? limbs with leaves without any problems. I?m saving 1? + for firewood
