The nailer performed flawlessly for facing a set of cabinets and Murphy bed I was building. It was especially nice to not having to listen to a loud compressor.

          Inconsistent nailer.
no very happy. I got this nailer as a christmas present. in Janurary I did a project building a bench worked great. The is sat until today. Went to the Cabin and was hoping to work on replacing carpet. Started nailing trims back on and for whatever reason, they start either misfire or sometime doesn't go in all the way. very irritating. Tried the a few other batts that I have. Though maybe it is related to the nails that I have. Went and bought a box of new nails from dewalt too....works good for about 5 mins and does the same thing. Support is useless. Tried to email them getting some help. They tell me to go to a depot. I am 6 HOURS away from the nearest depot @ my cabin and will be there for about a month. All my plans are ruined. very very displease with product and support.

            Amazing
Installing baseboards, I thought about saving money with a hammer and punch to sink nails manually. Glad my wife convinced me to get this. $300 is worth the time you save and the battery power was very convenient. In Q&A some complained on not finding Dewalt nails in the store and how the only ones on shelf got jammed. This was not the case for me. The 16ga Paslode 2” angled nails worked great and I did not have one issue. Maybe they just loaded them incorrectly?

Can’t shoot nails in oak trim
I have had this tool for a while. It Jams every project. Oak trim? Forget about it. Pine yeah sure but it’s soft wood.

One nail in and the firing pin won't retract
I bought this thinking that it would be a great time saver. Unfortunately, if other nail guns are semi-automatic, this DeWalt nail gun is like a bolt action weapon from the 1800s. One nail went in the trim, then I tried to fire another. The nail gun fired up, lights came on, and poof a small indentation in the trim. The firing pin is stuck in the forward position, and must manually be reset each time. Returning this tomorrow.

                  Beyond impressed
This is my first go at a cordless nail gun, And holly cow is it life changing. The power is on par with air powered and just slightly heavier. Not having to deal with a hose and compressor priceless. Must have dewalt tool.

                    First nail failure!!!
As the title described, I had a nail shoot out of the bottom of the plastic magazine on the very first nail. The nail came out an inch away from where it should have. I used a full battery. Read the destructions and everything. I'm buying a ryobe. They don't have the annoying fan

                        Ryobi Killer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Ryobi 16gauge finish nailer and it missed every third shot so I decided to buy this one and it is freaking amazing. I don’t leave home without it. Have had it for 6mos now with no complaints.
