A: Hi, I had a similar problem. Since I needed another fan, I just bought another fan and used the same remote for both fans.

A: yes, it has batteries, but, they are very cheap batteries, I replaced them with better quality AAA batteries.

A: No batteries,the small inner fan has three small hooks which two were broken.The material of which the fan is made us is so cheap and bad and attempting to assemble was even worse because the the sides didn't even match.

A: Fan neck couldn't stay up and it was made of very cheap material. I had no other option but to return it.

Q:I am assembling this fan. I have been able to separate the plastic screw from the silver rod. Please assist me now in understanding this: The blade does not separate from the back grill. The directions imply that the blades and the grill are separated. There is a plastic triangle which will not allow me to place the back grill onto the silver rod of the spinner/motor. Please assist. I do not know how to separate the blade from the back grill in order to place the grill and blade onto the silver rod. Thank you.
