Q:Will a 60 plus teeth, 10" blade be feasible to cut a wood laminate plank that is 7.25" wide? That is, coming straight down? Or, is it recommended to use a sliding model? Need to make as clean a cut as possible.

Q:For any of you that might be frustrated by the lame hold down clamp that comes with this saw, get yourself a Bessey GTR1686 clamp, it fits the holes in the back better than the one that comes with the saw and works great. Costs $22.

Q:Can you cut pipes with these blades
by|Jul 2, 2020
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: What kind of pipes? Steel? No. PVC, possibly. The blade it comes with is lousy. You need to buy a new blade right away. If you can find a blade that works on your type of pipe, the saw should cut the pipe.

Q:What adapter/connector fits this CMS dust extraction port that connects to a common 2 1/4 inch vacuum hose? If you have THD SKU numbers, even better! Tested the Ridgid (Model # VT1755); kit did not fit. Reviews on DeWalt adapters are almost universally scathing about poor fit. Thanks.
