Q:Does this come with the cart, the 4 bits, etc... or is it just the hammer?

A:  Bare bones yes.. no bits. the cart isnt included, but the cart is close to worthless anyways. Cart is built very cheaply! Make your own or man up and just throw it on your shoulder like I do.

A:  D25980 is the hammer by itself. D25980K is a bit more money and comes as a kit with cart and bits. D259803 is a cart with bits and no hammer. Just purchased a few weeks ago. Nice breaker; heavy but reduced impact on user... nice! It was more economical for me to purchase breaker separate to cart and bits (first and third line above) than as a kit (second line). Would buy again, but hopefully will not need to for a long time.
