Q:I purchased this mower with the 2 - 10ah batteries less than a year ago, precisely June 26 2023, and one will no longer hold a charge. Very disappointed in the performance of these batteries and it appears to be a common issue. Please resolve.

        A:  Battery does not last long. Disappointed with the outcome. I have to charge batteries 2 times in order to cut my yard.

          Q:I bought this lawn mower a little over a year ago as well and used it maybe six times last year so imagine my disappointment that the batteries show fully charged but the lawn mower will not keep running. I had more faith in Dewalt and not happy

                Q:Hello, My one of 10AH battery races gone bad, too. Mower stops too often and it seems to stop because there is weak or no power. How am i going to be replaced this battery?

                A:  I had the same problem. What I overlooked was not locking the batteries securely in the charger. If the batteries are not locked in the charger, they will only partially charge. There is a release lever on the battery to keep them from vibrating loose.
