Answer This Question
A: There is a grout with a sealer. If I have a water softener it helps a lot. I don't think sealers work very well.

A: The tile is ceramic, not natural stone, so no sealant is required. Grout is grout. We did NOT seal ours and it is holding up just fine.

Answer This Question
A: So as I see there are 10 Tiles In a box so that would be 5 boxes at 26.70 a box X 5 would be 137.50 not including tax and delivery do I have that right!!

A: Each square is 12"x12" or 1 square foot.
9x5 = 45 square feet.
I would recommend 10% additional for edges and errors, so 50 sheets would be needed.

Answer This Question
A: Each side of the octagonal pieces is just shy of 1" ... about 7/8".
Same with each black square. About 7/8". When the space for the grout is added, each side is pretty much 1".
