Q:I have a constant green light. I changed the batteries and it’s still green. I cant flush it manually either.

    A:  Go to Delta online...get phone number. Talk to real person and ask for a replacement tank with the normal handle. The flush IQ system doesn't work after a while. Delta replaced my tank free t of charge.

    A:  I cannot seem to reply to my own question. I have called Delta on and off all day long. I cannot get to a real person. The last time I was on hold for 22 minutes. I understand places are busy and we are in a pandemic, but I just want parts to fix the toilet or a replacement. It's not even 5 years old :(

            Q:Iq toilet is a solid yellow. There are no leaks in the toilet. Batteries are new. Toilet doesnt respond

            A:  I had the same problem. If it's under warranty they will replace the sensor assembly as a whole unit. If it's out of warranty, what I ended up doing after the first one failed: 1. Got a diamond dremel bit and enlarged the lever hole,. 2. Got all the cool sensor stuff and threw it in the trash. 3. Put a universal kit in the tank and adjusted it. 4. I've gone 4 years trouble free now and don't need batteries. I'm sorry, but the cool sensor fails when ever it feels like it. Delta was responsive the first time. Second one failed in about 4 months, they said it was out of warranty, even though the replacement was only four months old! It's been 4 years now trouble free.

            A:  First check to see if it's under warranty. When mine went bad, I called the manufacture number and they sent me out a replacement mechanism in about 4 days. If not, I have heard that people can convert it over. You would just have to buy the parts and install.
