A:  Hi cindys, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! We recommend flushing the OWENDALE® Pull-Down Kitchen MODEL#: 19875Z-SPSD-DST and replacing the Cartridge Assembly MODEL#: RP73000. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube.
