A: Liquid dish detergent placed in the dispenser holder.
by|Mar 31, 2021
A: Should be no problem.
by|Jun 10, 2021
A: Yes, it's actually made for dish detergent so you can dispense it right into the sink. We fill ours with Dawn liquid dish detergent.

A: Yes I think that it would work for dish detergent. I put hand soap in mine but I thought seriously about
using dish detergent instead

Q:On faucet hole spacing, What does 8 inch widespread mean? all the other pull downs look like the have a single hole.

A: Hi WI127! Thank you for your question! I will be happy to help. The 8" widespread faucets are intended for sinks and countertops with 3 predrilled holes that are 8" apart. The faucet body and handles are all separate pieces.

A: This will fit either a 3 hole sink that the outside holes are 8 inches apart or a single hole sink. That wide plate at the base is not needed with a single hole sink.

Q:Do you fill the soap dispenser from the top or bottom?

Answer This Question
A: You can do either. I prefer to lift out the pumper and pour in from above while doing my best to not overfill. But you could just as easily unscrew the bottle from below to refill. I’m 5’10” so leaning over is easier for me than crawling under the sink. Do whatever is easiest for you.

A: Hi LilSam! Thank you for your question! I will be happy to help. It is most convenient to refill the bottle from above deck but can also be done by removing it below deck first.
Best Regards, Tim

A: It fills from the top unless you want to crawl underneath the sink to remove the soap vessel.

A: From the top and use a funnel. :)

Q:Bought faucet and had professionally installed on Monday, noticed some water between the plate and column on Tuesday ( thought it was just splash), then saw water dripping from the handle on Wednesday after turning off water and found puddle under sink. Different plumber (same company) out today says it’s installed correctly but I’m still seeing water under sink. Found the cold water pipe going into faucet had water on it. Is this an install issue?

Answer This Question
A: Yes, it sounds like an installation problem. I would call the plumber back and tell them to fix it. If you got the plumber through your local Home Depot professional services contact them too The Home Depot will stand behind you. The fix could be as simple as the cartridge valve is loose since you see water up high near the handle and then it runs down the pipe. If the plumber determines the faucet is defective then The Home Depot will give you an exchange one.

A: Hello CGT,
Thank you for contacting us. I apologize about the issue you are experiencing but am happy to help you. This doesn't sound like so ,uch of an install issue as it does a possibly defective cartridge (located under the handle).
