A:  Unfortunately, DreamLine does not customize our shower bases in any way, so there is not any way to custom-order a base with a different drain location. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!

A:  The SlimLine shower bases all require a mortar bed for installation. Right out of the box, without the mortar bed beneath the base, the weight limit is approximately 250 LBS. Once installed in a bed of mortar, it will be rock solid and able to support much more weight. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!

A:  All DreamLine SlimLine shower bases must be installed in a bed of sand-mix mortar. The base is sloped for proper drainage and it must be installed perfectly level on all sides for the base to drain properly. Thank you for your interest in DreamLine!

A:  No - you cannot tile over a SlimLine acrylic shower base as doing this will destroy the base and will completely and immediately void the product warranty. DreamLine only offers one style of base you can tile over and it is called the TilePrime shower base. A:  A 36x36" SlimLine neo-angle shower base will be compatible with any of DreamLine's 34x34" neo-angle shower enclosures. The glass enclosure size must be slightly smaller than the shower base size so that the glass will fit up onto the curbs of the shower base. DreamLine offers 3 neo-angle models - Prism, Prism Plus, and Prism Lux. A:  DreamLine offers 3 options for neo-angle glass enclosures that will fit this shower base. Whichever option you choose, please be sure to pick a glass enclosure with dimensions that are slightly less than the dimensions of the shower base. This is so the glass will fit up onto the curbs of the shower base. The models we offer are the Prism, Prism Plus, and Prism Lux, and the size you will want to choose is going to be the size that is closest to 34" x 34". The 34" x 34" size in any of these models will be compatible with the 36" x 36" neo-angle shower base. Please note that each model is slightly different in appearance and will also have different specifications and adjustments for out-of-plumb walls, so we encourage you to read all of the model details for each of these before making your selection and placing your order.
