A: I think I understand your question. The bubble in the middle of the horizontal level check is slightly smaller (approximately 1/16th of an inch) than the lines on either side of it. I’m including a couple of pictures of what mine looks like in a level situation. You can clearly see the bubble is within the lines. Let me know if this helps.

A: Empire has different categories of levels - the 650 series levels have yellow vials, the e75 levels have the blue vials.

A: That means there are stipulations for lifetime coverage, e.g. no abuse, used outside a certain way, etc.

A: I would think if you abuse it then no warranty something like using it as a crowbar then saying it's out of level or running it over then saying its warped
