Q:Is this strong enough to support a privacy screen on a wood fence? I would mount 1 ft. pieces of this near the top of the fence and zip tie the screen to each piece.

A: Yes, a jigsaw with a fine toothed metal blade will cut this soft aluminum. I have also used a hacksaw hand tool with a fine toothed blade.
